Wonderful location on the river and lovely old building. Rooms are beautifully decorated and the beds comfy with high quality sheets and pillows. I slept so well! The pub serves brilliant bar food and the restaurant is top class. Highlight - amazing breakfast! The eggs benedict was perfect

Me and my family had a fantastic stay ,the family room we had was very comfortable and a decent size compared to other hotels, lovely big bathroom with separate bath and shower which was a bonus ,we had a massive double bed ,one single bed and a double sofa bed for a family of 4 and it was more then enough. Full English Breakfast was lovely ,with an option of an omelette or continental if you want it. Only criticism is the breakfast room needed a little atomosphere ,maybe a little light music....

Property very clean and in a great location. Little trouble with the front door but cleaner showed us the knack then it easy. Would stay again

Valet and doorman greeted us with a smile and remembered our name each time we left and returned! Wait staff in the dining rooms were so friendly and very attentive. Beautifully decorated for Christmas!

This hotel is superb , the staff were excellent form arrival to departure and there was nothing they wouldn’t do.

Although I have stayed at 5 star hotels on several occasions, I was amazed by the standard of service of this hotel. All the hotel staff were extremely polite and gave the true meaning to the word "valued" customer. From the first time I entered the hotel it was a different experience all together. Despite the good service at other 5 star hotels, I could always find a small detail missing. I am not picky, but when it comes to top service I know what to expect, and notice when something, as small...

The staff are so welcoming and the property is amazing. The garden is lovely and the room was very clean. Breakfast was excellent. Special shoutout for Moamen who was very helpful and welcoming to us. Thank you

Can't get a better location, near to Piccadilly Circus, Trafalgar Sq, Buckingham Palace...the hotel itself is immaculate, the double room was of a reasonable size, the bed so comfortable and bathroom well appointed. Shower was excellent, complimentary drinks on arrival and cookies and cranberry juice / water in the room. Downsides..not many, view was terrible and there was a slightly unusual smell in the room which you only really noticed first entering.

Great service and super clean

First impression of the hotel was not great as the lobby and lift are very small. However I am happy with the room and found the staff extremely helpful generally. It’s great to hear the staff telling American tourists about the history of royalty :)
