Breakfast was a good continental buffet but slightly chaotic due to the numbers trying to be seated. Served in the lobby lounge area, dining tables are limited and eating off low lounge tables can be uncomfortable. Not sure I would book breakfast again. "

I’m silver Marriott Bonvoy and this is not the same welcome you get across their other hotels. Check in should not feel like an inconvenience for staff when it’s not busy?"

"Staff was untrained and not helpful. Also, We booked through Hotels.com and ended up taking our daughter with us and she booked a room directly at the hotel that was bigger and better and paid half what we did. The room was stifling hot and there was a thermostat but it just made fan noises. Nothing came from the vents. We asked the concierge for help and he replied “I don’t know. I’m new”. And that was that. We opened a window but with no screens and being on the ground floor we couldn’t leave it open."

"The location was beautiful, Riverview. Could have a morning walk alongside the river. The transportation was convenient. Recommend the sauna!!!"
