Served in the lobby lounge area, dining tables are limited and eating off low lounge tables can be uncomfortable. Not sure I would book breakfast again. "

I’m silver Marriott Bonvoy and this is not the same welcome you get across their other hotels. Check in should not feel like an inconvenience for staff when it’s not busy?"

"Amazing staff! So helpful. We had a lost phone situation and the front staff were so helpful and committed to helping solve our problem. So appreciated. Breakfast in the morning was full of options and the staff were super efficient. Would stay again. Room was clean but a bit small. Not a problem if you will be out most of the time. Will say it again though fantastic staff!"

"Staff was untrained and not helpful. Also, We booked through Hotels.com and ended up taking our daughter with us and she booked a room directly at the hotel that was bigger and better and paid half what we did. The room was stifling hot and there was a thermostat but it just made fan noises. Nothing came from the vents. We asked the concierge for help and he replied “I don’t know. I’m new”. And that was that. We opened a window but with no screens and being on the ground floor we couldn’t leave it open."
