Oceanfront King & Prince Villa w/ Access to Resort Amenities!

Welcome to Villa 155 at the King & Prince Resort! The beautifully renovated 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom ground floor ocean front condo is the perfect condo experience giving guests everything that resort living has to offer on St. Simons Island. Located a short 1 minute walk to the main King & Prince Resort Hotel building, guests will have access to full resort amenities including the heated King & Prince hotel pools, spas, resort restaurant and bar, tennis, golf as well as the King & Prince South Villas pool which is 20 yards from the condo's back door! The large open green space surrounding the pool is right in your backyard and the perfect place for kids to play!

Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount of $30/night is included in each reservation. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, and even experiences with select vendors! – the choice is yours!

Any group gatherings and events at this property are limited to the number of occupants (6 persons)

The large kitchen offers guests new stainless steel appliances and open views of the living rom through the bar seating area. The luxurious coastal style living and dining space offers seating for four at the dining table and plenty of living room seating with two chairs and a queen sleeper sofa. The large 65" HD Smart TV is the perfect gathering place for guests to enjoy the game or a movie. The living space flows towards ocean views, the beach, villa pool and the patio space through wide sliding glass door. Enjoy morning sunrises or evening cocktails on the wide patio with a dining table for four.

Guests of Villa 155 will enjoy premium luxury bedding in both bedrooms. The primary bedroom suite offers a king bed with ocean views, direct oceanfront patio access, a private double vanity bathroom with a tub/shower. The guest bedroom offers guests two twin beds and its own bathroom located in the guest hallway.

Adorable villa

We had a great time staying at the King and Prince. Beautiful views, a wonderful pool and it’s within walking distance to many restaurants. The villa is very clean and nicely decorated!

Perfect time of year - love fall the beach! This property is comfortable and stylish. Beds and linens top notch and everyone rested well. So convenient to the beach and other island hot spots. Beautifully Decorated Beach Escape!

We walked in to a beautifully decorated beach home that was comfortable and convenient. Clear check in instructions made it an easy process. The King & Prince property is fantastic and this unit is certainly one of the best.

Location location location!

Did I mention location? The unit is right near the pool and entrance to the beach and the resort pool. Could not ask for a better location. The place was immaculate and decorated beautifully. Loved our stay and the daily beach walks. We will be back!

Loved this property!

We absolutely loved our stay at the King & Prince Villa 155! It was very clean and had everything we could need for our little family's few days on SSI. The villa was updated and decorated beautifully and we loved being on the ground floor -- it made it easy to walk out the back door to the beach, pool, or have our little one play in the grass in front of the condo. One of the best parts was the walkability to the Pier Village to shop and eat. Overall, a very enjoyable stay and easy booking/communication with the property manager. We have already decided to book this villa again for our next trip to SSI!

Enjoyed trip for the most part. Just a small couple Of housekeeping issues that arose. Beach towels were not in the condo but stated on website and checkin instructions so I was not prepared. The other issues the property manager resolved. Thank you for sharing your space.

Perfect Condo

We have been visiting St. Simons every summer for the past 15 years. We have stayed at the K&P almost every year and this was the best condo yet! The condo is beautifully decorated and clean. The beds, although high, were very comfortable. We used the space under the high beds for suitcase storage! The kitchen is very well equipped, including a blender for those frozen pool drinks!

Had a great experience all around at the King and Prince. Condo was in great shape and super comfy beds. Room darkening blinds worked great. Loved the proximity to the pool for our kids and to the beach just a short walk away. I experienced a minor inconvenience and contacted the owner and it was resolved immediately. Will be back. Quick getaway to st Simon island

It was a great condo with quick access to the pool and beach. The beach was huge and not crowded. The condo was well stocked with anything you would need. The only thing that was difficult was the height of the beds. They were really high and being of average height they were tough to get into I can’t imagine a person shorter trying to get into the bed. But overall a wonderful stay.

Weekend with niece

Loved the location and having access to the amenities at The King and Prince resort. Ground floor unit allows steps to the pool and the beach. The keypad on the door made checkin and checkout very easy and added the convenience of not having to carry a key. We had a minor maintenance issue, but it was fixed very quickly after office was notified. Super clean unit

Gorgeously decorated and best location at the K&P resort

We had 3 couples that stayed very comfortably at this gorgeous condo for a wedding weekend. The decor makes you feel like you’re staying somewhere straight out of a magazine, the bottom floor patio faces the pool which made it so convenient to enjoy the resort amenities but also have our own privacy since it’s not the main resort pool! The property management is the best I’ve experienced. We wanted to extend an extra night (that’s how much we loved the space) and they responded to my request in less than 30 minutes and were so kind accommodating all our requests. Check-in and check out were seamless! I highly recommend this space for weddings, girls trips and even romantic getaways with your significant other! We loved every second :)
