"Very good, Hotel has great facilities and is very close to shops, transport and the park. Most staff are nice, the rooms were well maintained and clean. The concierge was very nice helpful and friendly. The reception staff were a bit cold and lacked a genuine welcome. The bar had very little atmosphere but was very well stocked with friendly staff. It however had no resemblance of an Irish bar in any way. The hotel met all our needs as a family and had a very helpful addition of a fridge which was helpful in the very hot weather of summer."

"Had two double rooms for 4 nights in August 2026 with my wife and two kids, 13 and 10. Me and my son had room 316, which was very nice. Room was fresh and clean and everything, including air condition, was functioning properly. Daily cleaning/beds made and change of towels. The room had an odd layout (see pictures), but this only turned out to give a feeling of a bigger room so all good. My wife and daughter stayed in room 307. This room didn’t have a functioning air condition and for some reason the bathroom was always way too hot. The refrigerator didn’t work upon arrival but was fixed when we told the staff. This room had a more traditional layout with beds beside each other, so it gave the feeling of a smaller room. Both rooms had very small tables/places to put our stuff on, so we had to keep the majority of stuff in our bags or on the floor. The location of the hotel is spot on! Only a 2 minute walk to loads of bakeries for breakfast, restaurants for lunch/dinner and grocery stores and classic London souvenir shops. Bayswater and Queensway tube stations within short walking distance, Paddington station just a little bit further away. I would recommend this place and would stay here again, if I was guaranteed a room with functioning AC."

"I did enjoy the area in which the hotel was located. It was pretty close to two major train lines and very close to food and grocery options. The space also wasn’t bad. I was a solo traveler and my room was small but the perfect size for me. It was HOT and they do give you a fan but it’s small and I had to prop it up right in front of my bed or wherever I was in the room to feel it. The room and hallways also have carpet and in my room there was a small odor. I was only in my room to sleep so none of this really bothered me. I would probably stay there again in the cooler seasons because it was good enough for the price! I also felt very safe walking back from the train station at night. I also walked from Paddington Station when I first arrived. They also allowed me to check in earlier at a small cost. So I would recommend this space"
