"I can’t complain too much I got exactly what I paid for. Based off pictures alone I did believe my room would’ve been slightly bigger. Instead it was a room with a bathroom where you had to stand awkwardly behind the toilet to close the door. One side of the bed was just too close to the wall to get in. The kitchen sink took at least an hour to drain completely. Aside from the room the only complaint I really would’ve had would be the smell of other guests smoking pot on the balconies at all different times of the day. I probably experienced more pot on a 3 night stay, than party with a theme of pot (being people who are not against it and partakes on occasion, it was just too much for us). Didn’t really help that the sliding door to the balcony was also a fight so if we opened it, it was kept open for a duration. We didn’t experience any trouble with finding parking, but since I have not seen anyone state anything about the parking garage the ramps up/down were narrow and steep. The clearance for those ramps is only 6 feet. One last thing if you are not over 25, you will need $100 cash for the security deposit. They won’t tell you until check in. The on site ATM charges a $9 fee to withdraw. I’ll be honest I was expecting to pay one with how much I travel, it just would’ve been nice to know before hand that they want it in cash and how much before I ever booked. "

"Rooms are not described properly it’s confusing. Room entry light was not working. Staff were nice. Some smokers were there too which I hate it. "

"I can’t say enough good things about this place! The ease of booking a room, the friendliness and professionalism of the staff, the cleanliness of the room, the proximity to the beach (ocean front) and restaurant was fabulous. We had an ocean view with a balcony. The balcony was large enough for 2 chairs comfortably. Have already booked another stay!"

"Beachfront hotel, comfortable room, nice balcony with two chairs and cafe table, in-room fridge, microwave, and coffee pot. Multiple pools, friendly staff, very clean area. Gym, ping-pong table. Daily housekeeping needs to be requested. Hotel charges a resort fee. Caulk in tub needs to be re-done. Tub spigot was loose."

"Bro room was clean great customer service easy checkout, easy check-in parking was OK. Great location near the beach fun activities for the kids fun pool area for the kids. Nice stay."

"I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately had a very unpleasant experience. The overall cleanliness was not up to standard, and there was a strong, unpleasant odor throughout the property that made the stay uncomfortable. I hope management addresses this issue promptly, as it significantly affected the quality of my visit."

"This place has everything. It’s clean, the staff are great, the room is spacious and has everything a traveler needs. It’s right on the ocean and has two pools which are under cover, in case you’ve gotten enough sun and still want to splash about. The bar/grill was an unexpected surprise. The food is fantastic and the service outstanding."
