Perfect hotel for wedding party!

No happy with one thing - the over fussy service. Somehow world standards don't fit in a chilled holiday resort. If a want a beer, I dont need to be shown to a seat by one person asked what I want by a 2nd and then wait to pay a 3rd. Spending 20 minutes having a 5 minute drink? No.

What a great property! Everything at this property was wonderful, right from our arrival to departure. Started with the helpful doorman to the custom welcome letter and chocolates. The rooms were clean and spacious. The room was quiet and had great sea and pool views. The food, especially breakfast buffet was superlative. Staff was super friendly, professional and helpful. They even threw in free late check-out. The decor and ambience was opulent. Thanks for a great stay.

Pool was closed and we weren’t informed prior to our visit. Very disappointed as this was a huge part of why we booked this particular hotel.

Really classy place very convenient for Mdina.

I don't think I've ever stayed in such a lovely hotel. Absolutely everything has been thought of. The staff, especially the owners were friendly and very helpful indeed. It is a new hotel and is beautifully furnished and decorated with lovely light and airy public areas

Perfectly located hotel for visiting Mdina. We had a car, the car parks were always full but we got parked ok and for free. The hotel was beautifully appointed the breakfast was great and the staff very friendly and helpful. Would recommend

The ambience within the property and available facilities were excellent. All staff were friendly, helpful and provided detailed information to ensure we enjoyed our stay. The hotel is within a very good network of public transport to different parts of Malta; we took the bus to Valleta but we could have taken it to other parts but we were only there for a long weekend. A beautiful boutique hotel. Perfect for a lovely relaxing stay whilst enjoying the amazing delights of Mdina and Rabat. The rooftop terrace is a lovely space to enjoy cocktails and dining. We even managed a quick dip in the pool. Would highly recommend.

The staff are extremely helpful and friendly and the food is excellent As residents you get 20% discount on all meals The hotel is close to Rabbat and Mdina, both of which are well within walking distance The hotel is now under new management, so my have improved recently

Overall excellent but a few hiccups to start with in Room 11 - it had obviously not been used for a while as it was damp with a musty smell + the electricity failed twice - this was very swiftly and efficiently dealt with so absolutely no complaints there but the air freshener did not beat the smell so we moved to room 7 for our remaining 2 nights though this incurred an extra cost of 100 Euros which I thought was a little steep considering. Excellent restaurant.

We could find no fault with the Be Hotel. We had a balcony overlooking the bay which was perfect. There is a lot of building going on in the area but this didnt interfere with our enjoyment of the hotel. Breakfast was busy but very good.We would highly recommend the Be Hotel.

Hotel Phoenicia was a lucky choice for our first visit to Malta. Ideally positioned to walk into Valetta, and easy to get to everywhere by car. Bus station would have been possible too as just beside the hotel. The Hotel oozed colonial charm especially The Club bar where the service was impeccable. The hotels rooms clean comfy modern all with balconies sea views great place, transport good and a short walk for ferry over to Gozo, would certainly go back and recommend to friends and family.

I was extremely happy with my stay. The hotel is beautiful, everyone is really friendly, it’s spotless, well located and great value for money! Only downside was the outside pool was closed, and we weren’t warned about this

A perfect place to escape the crowds and relax in a tranquil and beautiful environment. Being on top of a plateau near the beautiful white cliffs on the southern coast of Gozo gives breathtaking views of Gozo, Comino and Malta, as well as meaning there's always a cooling breeze.
