"Excellent staff with quick check in time and very friendly. Room was clean as well as the entire hotel. I had one reservation and had to add on another night and the process was seamless. This hotel has been my go to for years and they never disappoint! Definitely will recommend others to stay at this hotel."

"They require a $25 deposit for booking through hotels.com. Not a big deal, however, the deposit is supposed to be returned upon checkout. This is not the case and they are very slow to return the deposit. Also, the room we stayed in had some minor flaws that were an eyesore regarding upkeep of the room. Not a deal breaker but not worth the hassle either."

"Booked a room with 2 queen beds and a kitchen when we arrive I was told the only room available was a king bed with a jacuzzi. Sharing a bed with a travel companion was not an option, but we did want to hang out together. The room smelled like a dirty swimming pool. There were only about 5 cars in the car park designed to hold over 50. Manager said it was Expedia’s error and could not provide the room booked. I stayed at the same place twice last year staff then were friendly and accommodating. Staffing changes have lead to a very different experience."

"For the pric I was disappointed. Room size of small box. One chair no table or desk to put personal items on. We used the floor ugh. Far from expectations "

"The beach view from our villa was mostly obstructed. The listing showed a balcony, but our room was on the ground floor with a patio that had no lighting, making it unusable at night. The photos used for booking are misleading and do not accurately represent what you get. The resort includes multiple buildings with different types of villas, a hotel, and smaller units, but this is not clearly explained during booking—so you don’t really know which accommodations you’re reserving. There was no kitchen; however, we booked a double queen room (not a suite), so that part was acceptable. That said, the villa itself needs a thorough cleaning and updating. The common areas and building exterior also show a lack of maintenance and upkeep. Overall, the room did not feel worth the price we paid. That said, the resort itself has a lot to offer—we enjoyed the amenities, shops, dining options, views, pool, beach, and natural surroundings, especially riding around in the golf cart we rented. The hotel next to the villas was a highlight, with brunch, live music in the evenings, a large pool, great views, and a boardwalk to the beach. Access to these hotel amenities for villa guests was a definite plus."

"I was there to attend a friend's wedding. I arrived at 3:30 pm after a 7 hour drive. Check in was listed as 4 pm. I knew I was a little early and my room may or may not ne ready. The lady that checked me in was nice. She told me my room wasnt ready. At 4:30 my room still wasn't ready. I spoke with a different lady this time and told her how concerned I was because the wedding was at 5:30 and I needed to change clothes, fix my hair and put on makeup. I told her I had a wedding to get ready for and she just looked at me and said "yep, you and everybody else". I know it wasnt her fault that my room wasnt ready but she was very snarky and rude. I dont expect to be treated rudely at any hotel but for the amount of money they charge, I surely did not expect her attitude. I didnt get into my room until 5 pm. I had to skip most of the makeup I had planned to put on, didn't have much time to freshen up, changed clothes and ran out of my room to get to the wedding. This really put a damper on the evening for me. While I do realize that everyone was looking at the bride & groom I was uncomfortable & self conscious about the wedding pictures. The front desk didn't really seem to care. Attitude was very disappointing. Not what I paid for or expected."
