Lovely hotel , Staff very friendly and helpful. Great location , very pleased with our room ,nice touch DVD player in your room and a choice of films at reception . Breakfast excellent full English or continental self service all you can eat .First time in Malta , hope to return and will definitely stay here again.

Staff were incredibly helpful and polite. Room was cleaned multiple times a day and even got a free upgrade. Facilities were clean and good. Plenty of restaurants nearby, bus stops right outside.

What a great property! Everything at this property was wonderful, right from our arrival to departure. Started with the helpful doorman to the custom welcome letter and chocolates. The rooms were clean and spacious. The room was quiet and had great sea and pool views. The food, especially breakfast buffet was superlative. Staff was super friendly, professional and helpful. They even threw in free late check-out. The decor and ambience was opulent. Thanks for a great stay.

Resort was good, plenty of choices for pools and restaurants, Broadside restaurant especially good, Staff very helpful, would definitely return

We like everything we come here twice a year and always have a great time the hotel is well situated to amenties a nice walk, bus stop very close by as well as hop on hop off tourist bus

It was central to sliema. Large rooms large bed and great sea view

We could find no fault with the Be Hotel. We had a balcony overlooking the bay which was perfect. There is a lot of building going on in the area but this didnt interfere with our enjoyment of the hotel. Breakfast was busy but very good.We would highly recommend the Be Hotel.

Stay here on most of my visits to Malta, everyone friendly and enjoyable. The only issue is no free wifi, apart from that everyone as always was very nice

Excellent bright apartment with a perfect location to explore the city, just a five minute walk to the Main Street. The apartment itself is lovely and quiet despite being so centrally located, but great for attractions and restaurants. Both flats share access to the roof terrace, with each flat having access from their own apartment onto a very narrow spiral staircase. The roof top is spectacular but access would be a challenge for those with mobility issues. The apartment was well equipped...

I don't think I've ever stayed in such a lovely hotel. Absolutely everything has been thought of. The staff, especially the owners were friendly and very helpful indeed. It is a new hotel and is beautifully furnished and decorated with lovely light and airy public areas

Quaint and tastefully decorated little boutique hotel. Lovely helpful staff. Very comfortable and ideally placed for our short stay in Valetta, within easy walking distance of shops, bars, restaurants and places of interest.

We were very happy with everything about this hotel. Location is superb for people like us who do not like being in the complex of hotels! It is in residential area opposite the San Anton Palace with their excellent parks and their 'Palace Kitchen Gardens'. We didn't have to hire a car as busses are easy to find with a flat rate of 1.5 Euro per journey (which is valid for 2 hours). To cap it all we later discovered that the Queen had the banquet dinner there with the Commonwealth Head of States...

Hotel Phoenicia was a lucky choice for our first visit to Malta. Ideally positioned to walk into Valetta, and easy to get to everywhere by car. Bus station would have been possible too as just beside the hotel. The Hotel oozed colonial charm especially The Club bar where the service was impeccable. We chose the Pegasus restaurant for main meals and had the buffet breakfast in the main restaurant. No chance of starving. Preferred the more intimate setting of the Pegasus. Really lovely resort. Clean with huge rooms. Good breakfast buffet. Nice spa with sauna n jacuzzi. A bit out of way tho there is a shuttle service which is free. If you want to go out for a meal or buy stuff in a supermarket it’s a mission. WiFi is super so I got lots of work done, as intended.

No happy with one thing - the over fussy service. Somehow world standards don't fit in a chilled holiday resort. If a want a beer, I dont need to be shown to a seat by one person asked what I want by a 2nd and then wait to pay a 3rd. Spending 20 minutes having a 5 minute drink? No.
