"The strand suites are up a road that is currently being resurfaced and opposite a building site (Nov 26) however this did not really affect our stay. The view from our room at the back of the hotel is just someone else's wall, again we weren't there to sun bathe in an outside space. "Loved this hotel. The welcome and friendliness of Ren on reception was exceptional. All the staff were lovely and helpful. Room was spacious, clean and quiet. Bed was extremely comfortable. Location was excellent. Just a short walk to ferry, restaurants, promenade and a large grocery store nearby. Breakfast was delicious and a great selection of healthy choices. Monika was amazing, very helpful and let us drop off our bags as we had a very early morning flight. Luckily we were able to check in earlier which we appreciated! The flat was clean, tidy and very comfortable. The air conditioning worked great. We really enjoyed the sun loungers and the pool was very refreshing. The bus stop was a 2 minute walk from the flats which was convenient to get around. The only recommendation I would make is supplying more than 2 toilet rolls as we run out not long...

Pleasantly surprised by the high standards of this hotel. Comfortable bed, spacious bathroom, good level of cleanliness, grateful for aircon during the very hot days of our stay. Location was great, so much within walking distance, and bus stop at end of street if you wanted to go a bit further away. Tea and coffee facility in room. Daily cleaning service. All this made our stay perfect Highly recommended****

Fantastic stay and great having use of intercontinental facilities as the gym and pool were excellent. In the middle of all the action but only down side is if you have a balcony room despite double patio doors you can still hear the partying, so maybe get a room in a quieter part of the hotel. Staff were really helpful and although check in was 3pm and i arrived at 10.30 my room was available and also got later check out when I left

A lovely hotel in a very accessible location. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and was made to feel very relaxed. My room was a decent size, clean modern and close to lots of amenities. Hotel staff were exceptionally kind, helpful and courteous. I felt very welcome and as if nothing was too much bother. My only issue was with the surrounding area as there is a lot of construction taking place which isn't the fault of the hotel but my advice would be to remain cautious walking around as there isn't...
