Raj was amazing there was a mix up with our rooms so we got upgraded to a Seaview very good customer service. Rooms are clean and have everything you need and the breakfast was lovely. Would definitely stay again

We had a good stay at Bayview and the room was clean. Although we were a bit disappointed that the pictures shown of the pool were of another place. We felt that this was misleading. The staff were helpful though. The lifts definitely need updating, they take forever to come and don’t register the correct priority when called. Other than that it’s a pleasant 3 star hotel.

Have stayed here previously in apartments in separate building hence why we returned. Would have preferred to be in the other building. Noisy and busy lobby with long waits to speak to staff to check in. Welcome lacked warmth. Otherwise, apartment great and always a good location with great view of marina.

Good location on the main street in Gzira, easy to access public transport. Awesome to have access to the spa in Novotel, you just need to walk two minutes to get to it.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The location is perfect, onthe seaside of Gzira/Sliema, which is great for a walk and with plenty of options for dinner. It's also a great option for public transport, with a bus stop right in front of the hotel and the ferry to Valletta and Gozo just 10 mins walk away. The room was spacious and had a lovely balcony. The breakfast was good, with both sweet and salted options. I just have a few points which could have made the experience better, and I hope they can be considered in the future for improvement: 1. The cleaning started quite late, around 3.30-4.30pm. So if I were getting back to the hotel before that time, I found my room not cleaned. It is very unusual for rooms to get cleaned so late. 2. In my parents' room, the flush wasn't working and had to be fixed twice (the staff acted very promptly though). 3. There are only two elevators, which are also very slow, and could get very busy around breakfast time. I didn't mind using the stairs when going down but I appreciate not everyone could. 4. It would have been great to find some water in the room, expecially on check-in before I had the chance to explore the area and find a supermarket. 5. The cleaning staff chatted quite loudly while cleaning, and I could hear them from my room, and didn't allow me to nap, which was a bit annoying. The points above, however, didn't make my stay less enjoayble and I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The breakfast was boring! The pool was dissapointing and only luxury rooms had Access to the Big pool that was advertised when booking. The A/C was really low functioning so the first room we had Were humid and not pleasant… lastly we got upgraded to a new room which was good. The A/C was still not great. Quality control on the A/C is low so you need to make contact with the personel which took some energy and time from our vacation…

Excellent breakfast and clean rooms, that’s about it. Our bathroom has a shower door that didn’t close properly so water flooded the bathroom everytime one of us took a shower. The AC does not work overnight and it’s centrally controlled despite them telling you otherwise. The pool pictures are NOT the pools you’ll have access to. Rooftop pool barely fits 5 people. Hot tub jets don’t work. The sauna was not operational at the time of our stay. Absolute nightmare checking-in. Waited half an hour beyond the check-in time to be accommodated as we kept being pushed to the side by the staff. We complained through Expedia, which essentially did not resolve any issue with our booking. Malta’s a beautiful country to see, would I come back? Yes! Would I stay at Bayview ST hotels again? Absolutely the not! We are beyond upset at this point with the lack of responses from the staff and expedia that it ruined our vacation.

A very good hotel

Very good hotel in a central area for transport and travel around the island. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful in all aspects of our stay. I would certainly recommend this to anyone and will plan to stay here again. The general manager took time to chat with guests at breakfast to ensure any issues could be resolved.
