"We had a 2 night stay at this lovely, new hotel. Very clean, beds wonderfully comfortable. Pillows a bit hard so a choice of pillow would have been better. Checking in was a bit of an ordeal, system issues and language barrier. "The location is fantastic. We walked to The Underground in seven minutes. Our view of Tower Bridge was legendary. We did have a bathtub and we were happy about that. Our twin beds were both very comfortable. TV and WiFi worked well. It was quiet. We had a little space heater in our room and that worked well and kept us very warm. Concierge was very helpful and kind. Taxi rank outside made getting away very easy when we were in a rush. This hotel is not new, but it was in good condition and comfortable."

"We had such a great stay here. The location was honestly one of the best parts—it was so easy to walk to a lot of the main attractions, which made everything really convenient. There are also many restaurants right outside the hotel, so we never had to go far for a great meal. The hotel itself feels really elegant but still comfortable at the same time. Breakfast was so good—definitely something we looked forward to each morning—and there was plenty of it. One thing I loved was the little lounge area where you could grab coffee or tea anytime. Having that available 24/7 was such a nice touch, especially after a long day out. Overall, just a really lovely stay and I’d definitely come back."

"I stayed here for a family trip to London. The hotel is so close to all the tourists sites and it is right beside Victoria Train Station and only a direct 30 minute train ride from Gatwick airport. The hotel is so tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean. All 3 of us loved the quality of our breakfast as well. I would definitely recommend this hotel. Unfortunately we did not have time to try out the gym. "

"Property was amazing from check-in to check-out. I stayed there 1 week in the Superior King room, and it was super spacious, nice bathroom with heated floors and towel rack heater. Awesome huge king bed that was very comfortable. Came with complimentary: minibar, sodas, waters, snacks, candies. Staff were extremely kind, including the breakfast staff as well, and the included bkfst was really great as well. I was very impressed with the property itself, very close to Victoria Station, so easy access with all trains and underground, as well as Buckingham Palace. Very Centrally Located to everything. Will stay here again when returning to London."
