The place was very clean, comfortable and perfect for the 5 of us who stayed there. The "living room" is small and not conducive for sitting and chatting with everyone but the porch on the back was our favorite spot! We could have our morning coffee there while watching the rowers practice on the course, and sit around chatting because there was enough space for all of us to sit. It was a fabulous way to wake up every morning. Location is ideal to so many things. A 3 minute drive to the Henley racecourse; easy 7 minute walk to the restaurants in downtown Port Dalhousie, the beach, the carousel, etc. Niagara Falls was about 18 minutes away and Niagara o on the Lake was about 18 minutes as well. I can't say enough good things about this place. It was absolutely perfect for our group, in every way. The bedrooms were clean and comfortable but common area was really a hall.
