"Wasn’t made clear it has no reception or amenities and the building doesn’t lend its self to slow sensor lights. It was an accident waiting to happen. Room was ok, however wasn’t aware it was continental breakfast only. Had to leave early so no time to faff making tea. Curtains are not light proof and room was lit up like Blackpool illuminations. "Beautiful room, real demonstration of how to renovate a Victorian seafront room. Spotless, comfortable, quiet, amazing sea view. Alison and her staff were super-friendly and welcoming. Lovely breakfast. A perfect base for exploring the area. Only tiny quibble is that the extractor fan in the (otherwise excellent) bathroom is very noisy. Fine as long as you remember to close the bathroom door until the fan stops! "
