It started with the a warm welcome and Nanette had put up a Christmas tree for us and brought us round some freshly baked mince pies! The accommodation is well appointed, very clean and comfortable. The bedrooms are all of a good size and nicely decorated and with all the bedrooms having en-suite bathrooms, it made the property well suited to hosting large groups. "My adult daughter and I stayed here with our two dogs so that we could have our own space whilst visiting family nearby. The bungalow was absolutely perfect for us; well equipped kitchen, very comfortable beds, dog friendly, enclosed garden with fabulous views and lots of lovely walks nearby. Host was extremely welcoming and helpful. We will most certainly be returning. Thoroughly recommend."

"We booked the farmhouse for Easter weekend and to celebrate our mums 84th birthday. "This charming house was full of character and super for a group of friends or family. Lovely decor with plenty of communal space as well as good sized bedrooms, with comfy beds and storage space. Such a treat to all be ensuite as well! A fantastic kitchen/diner, with everything you would need (including delicious cream tea on arrival) and an option to relax in the large lounge. "This townhouse is exactly as described. The location is superb--a very short distance to Quay-side restaurants and shops and also close to food markets, but very quiet! Rooms are comfortable and lots of space. There are 3 floors and stairs, so need to be comfortable with that. All the basic amenities, but no frills. Would be helpful to have more instructions on appliances for those of us from out of country. We would definitely stay here again--excellent place!"

The yard setting may not be to everyone's taste but it brought clear memories of my childhood farmyard! My husband (in his eighties) found walking on the cobbles a bit difficult. "Overall we enjoyed our stay but there was a few things that took the edge off a perfect break. The shower in the en-suite bedroom leaked through the kitchen ceiling so we couldn’t use it which meant that nine of us had to use the one other shower! The French door/window in the lounge was difficult to open & close and the rain came in at the bottom right side and the carpet got wet and we couldn’t open the bi fold doors in the dining area. The cutlery wasn’t very clean so we had to wash it all...

"Our stay was amazing. Judith , Julian and family were above and beyond. Our Grandsons had a wonderful time on the farm 🚜 we had a tour, bringing the cows in from the field , to watching them being milked, then to feed two new baby calves , and to end it with a tractor 🚜 ride 😀. The accommodation is very clean, and the boys loved living upside down lol 😆. The countryside is beyond words, stunning . I would recommend this 100% we shall definitely go again. Thankyou"
