"Dear Management, We stayed in room 104, and initially, the room was beautiful and clean. Unfortunately, our experience quickly declined due to ongoing issues with the air conditioning. The aircon was not working, and after contacting reception, a technician was sent to fix it. While it worked for a few hours, it soon began blowing hot air again. After reporting the issue a third time, we were simply offered a fan and advised to open the windows, which is not an acceptable solution. We were also informed that the manager, Hendril, was unavailable. I have since sent an email but have not received any response. This experience has been very disappointing. We expected a higher standard of service and a more effective resolution to the issue. I kindly request that this matter be addressed urgently and that steps be taken to improve how guest concerns are handled."

"Breakfast was good, with a good menu to order hot food as an al a carte. Pool was beautiful with comfortable sun loungers. The team made me a picnic to celebrate my birthday in the beautiful gardens, it was excellent. good selection of drinks to help yourself throughout the stay. I felt that the rooms needed a good refurbishment. Dirty carpets and walls. I was disappointed as this was supposed to be a luxury stay. we had to move rooms and there were mattress issues and leaking air conditioner. I did feed this back to management. "

"Whilst these rooms are effectively student accommodation and (in my case at least) the bathroom is shared by two rooms, they are excellently appointed and comfortable. They have good internet, parking, a great buffet breakfast, charming grounds, perfect for a day or two. Really helpful staff and all very clean and modern - they even have kitchen facilities. "
