The staff are exceptional and extremely helpful - especially Joy who always greeted us in the morning with a huge smile. There is a great choice on offer for breakfast and the food is really good. The property is very clean and the room is comfortable although the two large armchairs in the bedroom we used rather cramped the space and were unnecessary. Vi hadde et kjempefint opphold på Banksia. Personalet er veldig hyggeliog hotellet er nydelig. Det er lett å komme i kontakt med personalet på forhånd. Det eneste negative jeg har å si er at sjåføren ikke hentet oss på flyplassen som avtalt. Hotellet fikk flydetaljene, men hadde ikke sjekket når flyet faktisk landet.
