We called Expedia in the moment for a refund but that was not allowed due to a non-refundable booking (which should not apply to a substandard 'product' which had a rating of 7)."

"The hotel is dirty inside and out. There was food stuck to the lamp and wall. Stains on the carpet and walls, garbage on the floor from the previous tenant, mold in the bathroom, and tile falling of the tub. Breakfast offer was very poor. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The motel needsa.major cleaning and renovation. Ramada should remove their name from this motel. "
