"Stayed one night after a cruise. Hotel was nice, but on my stay the elevators weren’t working and had to use smaller, slower service elevator. Due to overuse it went down several times. Staying on the 8th floor this was an issue. They did reduce our room charge by 15% due to the inconvenience. Several good restaurants within walking distance. "
