Absolutely wonderful hotel. The best hotel I've been to in France! They literally thought of every little detail, from chocolates and small towelling robes for the kids and special toiletries for them; to solar eclipse glasses on solar eclipse day. Amazing! Lots of bottles of water provided, everything superb quality and very pleasant and helpful staff. Immaculately clean and a high level of luxury. And real functioning air conditioning, which is rare in France! 😀😀😀

Amazing hotel. The service, the cleen, the decorate, the food❣🌷🌻

Great location for those wishing to get away from crowd. The hotel staff is super helpful. The only thing missing was the A/C in the room.

Enjoyable, beautifu hotel and excellent service. Our suite was spacious and elegant. A few problems with the language barrier when ordering meals but ended up with a delicious dinner

Excellent 4 star hotel, excellent location and we liked the pool and spa. The team were nice and helpful, special thanks to Matin who was exceptionally helpful.

We had a fantastic week here with our extended family, facilities and service was superb from concierge to dining. Would highly recommend and definitely go back.

Really enjoyed our stay . Made to feel welcome by both staff and locals , especially at the ratskeller .

Very comfortable. Spacious room. Helpful staff. Good food.

Used the hotel as a base to travel the Blackforest. Clean and tidy hotel with a lovely swimming pool. Breakfast also very nice. Enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend.

Did what it said on the tin. Absolutely spotless, great spa facilities, pool was quiet and exceptionally clean. Three different saunas, we had two rooms as we wee visiting with teenage children, they were the only children in the hotel at the time, definitely more adult orientated but the staff were friendly and welcoming. Restaurant was pricey - we’d onky booked breakfast initially, and an evening meal cost £130 euros for four meals (no deserts or starters) and two soft drinks and some wine...

We had an amazing stay. Everything was perfect, the staff was great and very friendly. The breakfast was vast and delicious. Easy to park. Easy to get in and get out. Very informative. Lots of papers and guides to guide you through the area and the hotel.
