"Our room was cleaned daily. The breakfast was good. Would have been great to offer an airport shuttle, even for a reasonable cost. The staff was friendly. "

"The front desk needs to be watched better. Some horrible customer service. Miguel should be the highest paid person there. He was always helpful and with a smile to boot. The place is a cheap dump. Thin walls, no heat, no ventilation, gross dirty carpet, lumpy mattress, dirty window that doesn’t open, crappy breakfast with gross unwashed people wearing barely there pajamas in buffet and dining area. Their “market” is so poorly stocked. Not a bottle of water or. Diet Coke to be found. Really crummy location too."
