"Great stay in this cute little duplex. Everything was clean and fresh, with plenty of dishes, pots, and pans. Parking was easy and secure with the electric gate that closed. Neighborhood is up and coming w mix of old and new homes, but unit is very new and nice! Great view of the city!"

"The house overall met our needs for the night. There were some really nice updates made to the house. The location was near where we were going to a concert for the night so it made it convenient. But the neighborhood itself wasn’t the best. The communication with Caesar was excellent. He was at the house when we arrived. There were a couple of small issues that he is addressing. "This house was the best house for a girls trip! The house is so spacious. The decor in every room is well thought out and fun! There are full length mirrors in just about every bedroom. It was easy to message and get a response from Guest spaces. It was a quick drive to many fun spots— I wouldn’t consider it walkable, however. "When you walk up to the front door you see that it is dirty and there are bird droppings, when you get into the house you see the dirty walls. The sheets were stained and had hair on the sheets. there are small spiders along the back top wall of the living and dining area. The property manager responded by sending the cleaning person to change the sheets, I asked for something to put on the sofas because one of them had the fake leather peeling off and we do not want to sit on them.
