"Very good room, very clean and comfortable. Florentine restaurant meal was good but boy did they try and rush you in and out. The hotel app failed to check me in or out, only success was the booking of the pool. Really enjoyed the pool, sauna and steam room. "

"We had a massive suite with balcony! Superb value for money. The hotel also had a pool which was fabulous after walking around london. Great location on the river with access to great restaurants and the city Will defintely be back! "

"The hotel is just set back from the river Thames with views of Westminster. Was surprised with how small the hotel is.the hotel it self is nice and modern and gives you a feeling of opulence as you enter the reception area. We had a very warm welcome from the reception staff who explained everything that we need to know. We stayed in a standard room with balcony on the 3rd floor. The room it self is small but very well laid out. Again the balcony is small and has no furniture at all. Was very disappointed to find the room has no tv but it has got a ironing board!!. "
