"Hotel was nice, staff were friendly, appreciated the shuttle service from the airport but the driving not so much. Could just be the person who picked us up though. I'm sure there are better drivers on staff."

"The room is unusual setted. The sofa bed was not made and we had to do it ourselves. We had to call and ask for bed sheets, even if we booked for 3 persons. The sofa bed was very incomfortable. The shuttle for the airport was very appreciated."

"It was not good experience at all ! My final charge to my cc was almost $500 for 2 nights. That was not what it was advertised on H.com . The room was very small and there wasn’t much in amenities and no pool ! I had a lot of problems with the keyless entrance having to remember your door code and gate code to get in . I will not be returning to this property. I could have stayed at a nice Hilton for that money ! "

"I pre booked and pre paid through hotels. Com plus used points. When I finally got to the hotel after a very long day of travel I was told they did not have the room I reserved for me !!! I would have to climb 2 flights of stairs to reach a different room. No elevator no staff to help!! No explanation period!!"

"Room was clean. Carpet/rug was worn out & the bathroom door was very hard to open & close & I mentioned it to management. "

"Clean, friendly, good breakfast, good store on sight and good free shuttle service from airport and to port. Resturant on sight with good food, slow service. Have stayed here a couple times and recommend."
