Water taxi literally at your back door, that takes you to a host if other options for shopping and entertainment. It was a great choice for pre-cruise vacation. 3 generations loved it."

"I booked 2 nights with Hotels.com and When I returned the second day I found my belongings locked in the rook and my key did not work. Shanee, thee receptionist at the desk told me I was not registered for the second day and wanted me to pay for it. She was quite insistent and rather rude. Fortunately I was carrying my Hotels.com invoice showing two days. She said it didn't matter because her computer say one day. I called Hotels.com and spoke to Sharif who was able to straighten it out. But she also gave him a hard time and hung up on him twice. Finally she said she found it in her computer but still fought with both Sharif and me for over 40 minutes. I also found a roach in my room which I gave to Shanee at the desk."
