The resort is more like a fairly nice hotel that wants to upcharge you for everything. It was clean, the staff was helpful, the location was great, but the 41 dollar a night resort fee they spring upon you when you check in combined with the 26 dollar a day parking fee is too much.

We had an enjoyable stay overall and were happy with our vacation. The location is excellent, right on the beach, and the hotel has made some nice improvements since our last visit five years ago. We especially appreciated that beach chairs and umbrellas are now complimentary for hotel guests, as they used to be an extra charge. We also liked having cold drinking water available in the lobby to fill our bottles before going to the beach. The ice cream shop was a nice addition, and having a microwave available on the first floor was very convenient for warming up food. However, we are giving 4 out of 5 stars because there were several housekeeping and service issues that should be improved. Housekeeping was inconsistent. During our 10-day stay, the toilet was never cleaned, and our bed sheets were never changed. The housekeeping staff also did not check or refill the shampoo and shower gel. When we checked in, the shampoo bottle was almost empty and only lasted the first couple of days, but it was never replaced. Tea bags were never restocked either, and for some reason we only received decaf coffee throughout our stay. Another issue was the daily breakfast credit included with our reservation. Unfortunately, the restaurant staff seemed unaware of it. Since the servers changed almost every day, we had to explain the breakfast credit repeatedly, which made us feel uncomfortable. On one occasion, I was even charged for a dish I never ordered. It cost a little over $15, which

Overall a great property in a location that can’t be beat! Across the street from the beach and pier. The best part by far for us was the Wyndham Patio restaurant - we could get enough of their breakfast and lunch!!! Gelato from Gelato place in lobby was amazing as well. Some minor issues like TV signal had issues where we couldn’t get channels for the days we were there but they compensated us. We had a room facing beach with balcony railing - we recommend getting the same room but on one of the higher floors for an even better view. It was a great stay and experience and we’ll be back!!

Nice place to stay if you want to be centrally located to beach, restaurants, fishing, biking, etc. Nice walking/running path along beach and in front of the hotel. Beach chairs were a plus and convenient. Very good coffee shop on location. helpful staff at hotel, room was clean and beautiful ocean views. comfortable beds. also ate lunch at restaurant, bang bang shrimp and fries were both very good. friendly staff in restaurant as well.

Nice pool! Decent restaurant. Beautiful ocean view! The only drawback was the noise I experienced one night of my stay from the on-site entertainment. I went to the front desk to ask when it would end and they gave me a bunch of earplugs. That was cool! But next time I won't get a room adjacent to the restaurant.
