"The guy who check us in at the front desk was amazing he was very friendly but the place could use some fixing up the room wasn’t filthy but it was the cleanest and the bathroom could of used better cleaning but the stay wasn’t horrible but it wasn’t about average either."

"The room and property was great, could have explained use of light switches which were very difficult to find. Also, the maintenance work that started at 07:00 on a Saturday was not ideal."

"I booked a king bed with ocean front balcony and never did up staying in that room. At first they gave me a double bed ocean room. Then I went and tried to discuss it with the front desk to then be given a intercostal room with a king bed and no balcony. To some the balcony might not matter but to me it does I traveled over a 1000 miles and was looking forward to my balcony looking out to the ocean. Well after staying in the intercostal for one night after a long travel day I went down the next morning hoping they would of had it worked out and maybe the room I booked would be available but no so went back to the double rooms and balcony that’s supposed to be looking out towards the ocean which it was but this time they put us in a corner room and the views just weren’t as good there was a bunch of trees and stuff right out in front kinda blocking the view. The elevators were slow and half the time they didn’t work. Valet was good but very clustered. It just wasn’t at all was what I was expecting and I will never be staying at this hotel again."
