"We stayed for 2 nights over the weekend for my birthday. We were upgraded to a corner suite at the Sorrento tower. This one bedroom suite was spacious, clean and had gorgeous views over the beach and ocean and the pool area. All staff was great and friendly. We enjoyed our stay to the fullest!"

Elevator is slow and small I understand it's a historical building. I had to walk most of the time. Toilet is too narrow to the wall even I am not a big fat guy at all. TV lacks channel and not a smart TV for online streaming."

I was taken back on the $40 per day charge to park when I pay enough fees and high enough cost to stay at the resort"

"This is a very popular spot - it was very busy, and the pool and beach areas stayed full. Get there early for chairs! The hotel staff was very helpful and welcoming. There is a place to store luggage if you need before/after checking in/out. The building is a bit past its prime, with furniture in rooms old and damaged and the walls/halls sort of dingy and nasty. The pool and beach access makes up for what the hotel facility lacks, as it's the perfect way to relax and enjoy the location."
