"Enjoyed my stay at Outsite - room was clean, functional and perfect for a few days stay. Walkable to plenty of food options and a couple blocks from Penn Station. Would most definitely stay here again."

"Communal bathroom door doesn’t close (got walked in on while using toilet), faucet handle fell off, mildew in air conditioner, ants crawling on me in bed, tv didn’t work, wasn’t offered a key to bedroom door and guy couldn’t find one for 10 minutes. Kept trying random keys in his pocket. Called “hotel” to complain and was told to call Expedia because hotel couldn’t do anything. Expedia said to call hotel because they couldn’t do anything. "
