"The room was very clean and much nicer than I expected considering there are no windows. There was an large room were you could buy drinks from a fridge or help yourself to Tea and coffee. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend"

"Very decent stay considering the price. Good sized room with outstanding view of the airport runway. Soundproof glass so couldn't hear a thing. Good working space and mini fridge. Blackout blinds. Would have preferred a standup shower as opposed to a bath/shower. Bed was comfortable but a little soft for my liking. Decent food options downstairs."

"Our family stay at this venue every year prior to flying via Heathrow, we’ve thoroughly enjoyed each and every stay. The rooms are large enough to comfortably sleep 2 adults and 2 kids, always spotless and well looked after and the views of the runway with some of the rooms provides hours of entertainment to excited little ones! I can’t comment on the evening food, but the breakfast provided is delicious, plentiful and plenty of option for all, including continental and cooked options. The staff have always been spot on, providing a homely hospitality you would expect in a village estate mixed with the cosmopolitan vibes of a Capitol city hotel. I cannot rate this hotel enough, I keep telling myself to remember the names of the staff that really standout so I can ensure they receive the feedback, but all of the team here do their upmost to ensure you have an excellent stay. I anticipate we will return in 2027 for our annual family holiday."

"This visit was only a one night quick overnight as we were attending the golf at Wentworth. Arrived quite late and left early. The rooms are spotlessly clean with a lovely comfortable bed with high quality bedding. The bathroom is very nice with a great size shower. This isn’t my first visit and definitely won’t be my last."
