"Room was freezing heating not working "

"Not great breakfast at all and not dog friendly. There is only one table in the dog are so impossible to sit and enjoy your breakfast. "

"It is an excellent location, beautiful sea view rooms overlooking south bay, close to local amenities, there is a lift to take you down to the seafront and back again, only cost £2.50, I recommend it for the view. Rooms are serviced every day, great friendly staff, great restaurant and it’s dog friendly too, don’t take my word for it! Just go and enjoy 😊 "
