The hotel reception staff were so friendly and helpful and we had a lovely surprise of some delicious complimentary cupcakes when we entered the apartment. The apartment itself had everything we needed for our stay and for my elderly father-in-law who now struggles with stairs, the added bonus of a lift that takes you straight into the apartment. It’s also in a fabulous location overlooking South Bay with direct access to the Spa via the cliff lift handily located at the end of the road. Parking was easy as on-street parking available at a cost of £2 50 for 2 days.
