"Pool closes around 7:30 and so does the pool bar. Housekeeping would make bed and provide fresh towels daily but never swept. The room was otherwise comfortable and the fridge was stocked with soda beer and a limited snacks. I really enjoyed the access to the gym as I am recuperating from surgery and must exercise. The breakfast service was nice and the 24 hour coffee and tea a nice perk. You have to read the fine print (ice cream not included!) Also there was no dish, dishwasher or laundry soap. On the bright side there is a mall and grocery store just outside the gate. Food was ok, but most ppl order lunch from the beach bar so it gets quite backed up. The wait staff are great, as is the beach, the hotel and the rooms. "

"Pool closes around 7:30 and so does the pool bar. Housekeeping would make bed and provide fresh towels daily but never swept. The room was otherwise comfortable and the fridge was stocked with soda beer and a limited snacks. Having to make reservations for dinner before 4pm is silly, especially during the week when there’s hardly any people. Food was 7/10 but I come from Sonora so it may be different for someone who lives in Jalisco. We requested the hair dryer in our room to be changed out and it never got replaced. Bar staff was 10/10 and so was Karen at check in. The beach is beautiful and so are pool areas. Only bad thing about pool is no swim up bar."

"this is a new hotel with amazingly furnished rooms. rooms are spacious, felt like a palace! king delux had two full bathrooms too. clean, comfortable and has everything you need for short or long stays. the only minor thing was missing is a balcony would be great to have some, but they only have those in Loft rooms. staff ate friendly, helpful and available at all times. front desk team is knowlegable and helpful with making reservations to restaurants, spa and shows accross the resort. "

"Incredible Don’t come for the party. Come for the relaxation. Very nice resort. No buffet but top notch food at three restaurants. Don’t come if you like plain food as the food is “fancy” Staff are just incredible. Your needs are met everywhere. Our concierge, Angel, was fabulous. He made our reservations and made sure everything was just right. All staff were great but Rodolfo was a stand out for us The roof top deck with infinity pool are amazing. The views and food are so good up there. Excellent beach service. Delicious guacamole and mango margs"

"Underground parking available. Very nice rooftop pool with adjacent bar I didn’t see mentioned in reviews. Great for families. Huge sandy, smooth, well-groomed beach. Very gradual and shallow slope, no weeds or rocks. Room was clean, staff very friendly. Food selection could be improved somewhat, but was still good. Great hamburger snack area right on the beach. Not crazy about the plastic reusable cups for drinks. Very quiet at night. True that lots of the patrons were Mexicans…not a problem at all. Everyone was very friendly and respectful. Lots of kids with parents and extended family. Would go back again. Thank you!"

"We enjoyed the location of this building as it was close to some good restaurants and bars and yet was very quiet. The rooms were clean although we would consider it an older more tired accommodation. Some things to point out that we think would be improvements would be reading lamps and side tables in the sitting area, better water pressure in the shower and mattresses that are less firm. We thought the staff was welcoming, friendly and helpful. It was great to have a big balcony to sit on so that we could have a wonderful view of the harbour and its activities. Everyone was very respectful of others. We would consider this accommodation to be about a 3 star. It suited us very well all being said. The lighting though is a big thing for us, overhead lights don't really do it for us."
