"Hotel is very nice, our room had Lake Garda views, had everything you needed, would have been nice to have an iron and board. Nice balcony, breakfast was included really nice just need some proper sausages as they were very hard and scrambled eggs weren’t nice. Orange juice was really good. Swimming pool was excellent and our daughter loved it. Overall a definite 3*++ hotel."

"A truly special place. The staff are incredible and genuinely can’t do enough for you. The facilities are excellent, the rooms are lovely and very well maintained, and the free spa access is a fantastic bonus. The spa was also very quiet during our stay. The sun loungers on the lake are fantastic, with very attentive lifeguards who even move your umbrella to make sure you stay shaded. The thermal pool is lovely too. The breakfast is very comprehensive, with a great selection of hot and cold food, hot drinks, as well as the option to order eggs exactly how you like them. The location is excellent, right outside the entrance to the historic centre. It’s also close to bus routes, making it very easy to get around, including getting to Verona. 10/10 experience. If we return to Lake Garda, we will certainly stay here again."

"The hotel was lovely with a lovely little beach bar down the road, easy access to buses to get to the old town, the room was cleaned daily, we had a lovely pool view, no extra cost, cleaned daily, fresh towels every other day he only thing that let the room down was no tea and coffee making facilities.
