"Great room 611 , so had a great view facing towards Glacier Alps , any room around this number where have same view so would suggest asking for any of these rooms , close to restraurants , offstreet parking , great value , didnt do breakfast but am sure it was great also."

"We only spent an evening here but really enjoyed it and would come back without hesitation. Room with private bath was very well appointed and staff super helpful. Check in times are confusing and thank goodness for Expedia staff who helped. Communication with the hotel (ie email or by phone) could be improved but a great spot to stay at on a budget."

"The staff was very helpful. We have had trouble using the laundry, He came over from the hotel next door ( seemed like he worked for both hotels) to help us for a few times. The downside was the laundry facilities were too pricey, A we $16 all together."

"Our stay was a highlight of our 8 day trip to the South Island. The room was clean. The heated floor was a very nice touch. The shower was generous in size. The restaurant staff were friendly. Our only complaint was that the check in process was lengthy as there was only one staff member on the desk - he needed some help!!"
