"Very well presented little cottage. There are a few different cottages here, we stayed in Valencourt. Quality furnishings and fittings, was very comfortable and cosy for a family of 4. Only frustration was the showers. Very difficult to get the right temp for the kids. "Lovely apartment but needed a thorough clean. Walking bearfooted floors felt gritty and a little sticky. Wooden cabinets in kitchen and living area full of greasy fingerprints. Duvet had about a two inch bloody looking stain on it, brought it to their attention, it was returned later in the day in same condition. Sorry to complain but it really spoilt what was otherwise a lovely stay. Nice staff."

"The property itself was very clean and well situated approximately 2.5 miles from the centre of Scarborough. Check in was easy with a coded key safe. We found the kitchen to be poorly equipped, fortunately we had take a few items ‘just in case’, this could definitely be improved but in no way spoiled our stay! We took a dog with us, the area of the garden with the hot tub is enclosed and secure so he could roam around while we had a soak. All in all a great stay thank you 😊"

"The location was excellent but as we arrived and walked into the back yard we were unimpressed with the overall state of it. There was rubbish left out and rusty parts of the yard left on the table. Parts of the kitchen were also in the yard. Town is a two minute walk and, although parking is a street away, there was always free spaces. You’ll need reversing skills to get to the property to unload, as the house is on a narrow one way road, with no parking. Living in a terraced house on an estate it was so amazing to stay here with such beautiful surroundings.
