Built in 2011, this is the perfect base for your next visit to the San Juan mountains! Radiant in-floor heat ensures a cozy stay. There is a small garage that is heated and includes a workbench with ski tuning tools and space for gear storage. We welcome all Silverton visitors and will do our best to help you have an amazing stay!

We are pet friendly! A $50 pet fee will be charged separately if you bring pets.

needs another restroom and bring your own mirror
It was difficult getting to the property, as we didn't know there was an event in town and streets were blocked off, this would have been nice to know and have an alternate route available for us. For six people to stay here it was difficult only have one bathroom and the place could use extra mirrors for people to use while the bathroom is occupied.

No full length mirrors for a wedding party to get ready. The stairs to the loft were somewhat hard to manage. Other than that we enjoyed our stay!

Comfy beds, great views, watch the train come into town. Appreciated having nice pots and pans. Plenty of parking. Fast and reliable internet. A great place in Silverton!

Great House
This is a great house within a block or two of all the shops. I loved all the windows and they're all on the second story so there's some privacy. Everything was clean and tidy. Access was simple with the key code.
