"The rooms were clean but there was no housekeeping available during the three nights of our stay. We had to ask for more milk and tea which was not a problem. No breakfast was available, but dinner was. This was of good quality for the price. The rooms are slightly tired, but probably suffering from lack of use during Covid restrictions. "the building is gorgeous. as for the interior, my room was great. very comfortable, the AC worked excellently which was quite important. staff were very warm and helpful. I was able to leave my bag upon arrival in the morning and upon check out. I paid for the breakfast and it was very good but imo could be better. But good value. I'd be happy to stay here again."

"Really great location. Ask for a quiet room if you don’t want to listen to late night music from the bars . Everyone was very nice. Had a little issue where a room just had a bath so they changed the room without hesitation with just a shower. Car park needs better signage . I’m hoping I don’t get a fine for driving down a bus/taxi lane & stopping to run into the hotel for directions. When you know where it is it’s very easy to get too."

"We were greeted by friendly staff on arrival with lots of fuss made over our dog. We booked a family room ( not sure we were allocated the room we booked) and were allocated room 1. The room was very small and didn’t have any kind of view. We had to switch the air conditioning off because it was very noisy. Room looked a bit tired. Lovely basket with dog treats, dog bowl and poo bags left for us. Sparce choice for adults and nothing for our daughter. We ate in the restaurant, staff were very friendly but service was slow. We enjoyed our food when it arrived. Breakfast was ok but you didn’t get a lot of choice. The hotel room was fairly cheap when we booked, the hotels in s nice spot with plenty of parking. Was it good value? Yes. Would we recommend? Yes. Would we stay again? Yes for the same rate that we paid ."
