"The staff on reception were very friendly and welcoming. The room was comfortable, but we were disappointed with the shower, which needs updating. The grounds are lovely, and it is a good location for a short drive into TW. Our biggest disappointment was with the breakfast. Some of the cooked items were overdone, and the food was slow to arrive and not hot by the time it reached us. We also felt that the breakfast staff could have been more attentive."

"I heard that Pink Floyd and David Bowie played at this Hotel and also Bob Marley. It is a lovely hotel and quite large. Food was excellent, service first class and staff were so helpful."

"Noise from within the hotel during the night. Thin walls? When the fire alarm sounded in the night, guests gathered at the front of the hotel. It was quite some time before any staff appeared to offer guidance and explanations. The 'Deluxe Queen Room' on arrival was nothing like the picture when booked. The lack of a shower was strange: the bath mixer taps were extremely temperamental."

"Overall very impressed with the service & quality of hotel. Bed was comfy, clean room & bathroom. Worthy trying out the restaurant, helpful & quick service even given box to put left over pizza in. Will definitely be back when visiting family nearby. Overall 8/10 for the price. "
