"This hotel is beautiful. I cannot express how lovely our time was here. The room was a great size with plenty of space a storage, and we had a balcony from which we could watch monkeys play in the trees. The aircon was a godsend! The hotel is set up as about 10-15 villas rather than as one large complex. This creates a much more boutique and homey feeling. There are many areas to enjoy in the hotel, including the gorgeous private beach. The food was exceptional, and despite being all inclusive, managed to stay away from the trap of being samey by day 3. The staff (from cleaners to chefs, waiters and bartenders) were all delightful and made us feel extremely welcome. We each enjoyed a spa treatment which worked wonders following a week of bumpy safari roads. All in all, I can only say please book this place if you’re considering it! "

"We have just had an amazing holiday at the Villa Soleil. The owner was very helpful and answered all our queries quickly. The staff were so welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. The chef, Salim, produced lovely meals. The villa is beautifully decorated, not that we spent a lot of time in it as the garden and terrace are calm and relaxing as well as spacious and private. The pool is a great size and protected by a gate from the rest of the garden so that if there are young children you can be sure of their safety. We were unsure about the layout of the villa as the description was a little unclear. So…. The main villa has two large en-suite double bedrooms on the ground floor and a very large room upstairs which has one double and 2 single beds with a shower room - this would be very suitable for children or a couple. The big screen is also up here and there is a lovely balcony.There are 3 further bedrooms with en-suites in a tower in the garden - we didn’t use them as our party was only four. The whole space would hold 12 people very comfortably.It was situated just a few minutes walk from the beach and there are plenty of places to kite surf, wind surf, wind foil etc.We had a number of trips organised - swimming with dolphins, safari, day trip to Mombasa etc - it was easy to organise when we got there even in high season.We very much look forward to returning in the not to instant future.PS - we were not paid by the owner for this review!!"

"Clean room, respective kitchen, entertainment team, and cleaning staff. We used the gym and it was good. Pool needed regular cleaning. "

"We stayed for 11 days at Neptune Paradise, we had amazing time, room and bathroom has really good size, spotless clean thanks to our cleaner Mohamood, whole resort is very clean and well looked after, good variety of food, something for everyone, staff very friendly and helpful. No shops in walking distance, if you want to stay in this hotel, make sure you bring everything you need with you. Only negative thing is unfortunately the beach, big beautiful beach but you cant use it, as soon as you step on the beach you will be surrounded by bracelet ,safari etc sellers, even tho we said no multiple times they dont seem to understand and follow you everywhere you go, put us off from going to the beach. "
