"Stayed two nights for our wedding anniversary. Staff were lovely. Hotel is great. Booked in for Sunday lunch, had to wait 45 minutes for our table. Shown to our seats had to ask a member of staff to clean chair as there was food on it. But no big deal (think they were short staffed on the day). I know most places add service charge now but it didn’t seem right that we went the bar for a drink and service charge was added to our bill (you can’t serve yourself after all). But great stay and would book again. "

"Everything was perfect. Breakfast was excellent. All the staff we met were very friendly and helpful. The hotel has a great location in the city centre next to St Peter's Square tram stop. It's busy outside but the hotel is an oasis of calm tranquility once you step inside."
