A three day stay, very satisfied with service, room, food, and would certainly use again.

We love here for that reason this is our second trip. Little bit hilly but that's OK. Food at the restaurant is tasty, however BINGO !! You have to be fan of this entertainment otherwise beautiful place to spend quality time. Next time definitely we're planning to stay longer. Thanks guys !

The room was cosy ,but very cold and damp !!! Staff and service excellent

Good stay, overnight on business, the staff were all very friendly, the food was excellent, yes i would go back again when I'm next in the area,

Very friendly hotel. Staff and other residents very welcoming. Excellent family New Year’s Eve disco. Breakfast was top quality. Would defiantly stay again.

All three agree, very warm welcome, especially as delayed and very late arrival. Staff all welcoming . Looked after nicely after long journey. breakfast was superb. A very nice hotel, to coin a phrase "exactly as it says on the can" Obviously does weddings, I would think very very well. Stay here anytime when this way again. Thanks.

The staff definitely had the wow factor, we were treated like royalty and my kids were made to feel really special. Good gluten free selection at breakfast.

Although the car park was busy, there were plenty of parking spaces. Hotel was conveniently close to a regular bus route to Norwich city centre. All staff at reception were helpful and professional, especially one clean shaven man, who printed a document for me. Unfortunately, I didn't get his name. Overall, we had a really enjoyable...

Will stay here again 😊

The staff were excellent so chery and friendly, the room was spacious a 6ft bed , very comfortable, wide screen TV. Tea /coffe making facitlies, ( no Biscuits). Ensuite Bath & Shower. Bufet type...

Lovely clean well equipped home, spacious and comfortable with a beautiful view of the water. It was a very hot weekend and so some fans would have helped but that’s the only negative. Also a later checkout , perhaps 11am would have been a more relaxing end to a great weekend.
