"I booked a suite for my daughter's swim birthday, originally at BW, but when I called to finalize plans, I was informed I had no booking. When I tried to rebook, BW no longer had suited available so I had to book at Sheraton. The front desk staff prior to check-in who was supposed to be helping me obtain a room for early check-in was unpleasant to deal with. She had zero understanding of their own internal processes for prioritization & cleaning of rooms. She was quite rude in her manner of speaking when trying to enforce their policies that they own staff had contradicted & directed me on when I booked. She never did call me back with an update. Upon arrival at the hotel, we had to wait to check-in, which delayed our setup of the room for thw party. I coordinated with the onsite facility to accommodate additional guests for swimming that I was required to buy day passes for. I followed all their requirements to provide a listing of all guests in attendance. Upon check-in, I was informed that the pool with the hot tub we booked the party for was closed for maintenance. The front desk staff upon checkout was clueless to deal with at best. From leaving me waiting to followup with her on if their final inspection of the room was completed so they could process my return of security deposit to just her lack of consideration for customer service was a disappointing closure to our stay. Extremely disappointing experience. Likely won't return here in a hurry."
