Everything was top class from the welcome we received, the helpfulness of all the staff and the luxury and cleanliness of the rooms. So convenient to Shepherd's Bush tube station too. Very competitively priced. Will definitely stay here again when in London. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Amazing stay! The host team was very helpful and great at communicating when i had issues with the check in form online and a personal item left after the stay. It was a newly built hotel and the rooms although small were well planned with excellent facilities. The shower was just lovely clean simple and chic as was the rest of the hotel. Could not fault it

First stay at this hotel and for my needs I would highly recommend it, pro's we're.. Great location for Shepherds Bush empire and 20 min walk to Apollo, good size for single, comfortable bed, warm, good TV, felt safe, supermarkets very close, excellent shower.
Cons... room top of building so stairs, slanted roof(attic)so head issues, toilet could only be used if sat down sideways.... Would I stay again "Yes" definitely, excellent stay and great value..would happily rate 5 star budget stay.
