"Perfect choice of location for our city stay as everything was walking distance. Would definitely recommend for those who want to spend some time in CBD without hiring a car. Breakfast was food. Good variety and longer opening hours."
"Family of four stayed there for holiday.
- Food was AMAZING! We had breakfast and Lounge bites with wine. We still talk about it.
- View was just perfect. It would be even better when the construction finishes.
- Outdoor hot spa was a bonus but would have been good if we knew about it when we booked the accommodation. We were informed when we checked in and all sessions were already booked out. However, we got to go as there were some cancellations!
- All staffs were very friendly and helpful.
- I didn’t realise our room & dining were in different buildings. It was cold but ok.
- Parking at times were hard to find so we had to park quite far on the first day but ok.
- We would love to be back just to eat there :)"
"This is the best place to stay in Queenstown! My third stay here and it did not disappoint.
The turndown service was just perfect! The little treats left on the bed were a lovely touch.
The juice and treats in the morning and wine and cheese in the afternoon was just amazing.
I will be returning next month and can’t wait.
The staff were friendly and helpful.
Thank you very much"
"We booked the Alpine Suite and they were extremely spacious and clean. All the staff were very helpful during peak season and even accommodated a last minute room change since the top floor rooms were noisy when it rained. We had the breakfast buffet on the last morning and there was a great selection with a barista made coffee included. The only downside was walking up a massive hill back to the hotel each time we went into town. Otherwise, would definitely stay here on my next visit to Queenstown again."
"The room had a lovely view of the mountains and it was reasonably spacious. The onsite restaurant was handy and the soup and pizza I had were delicious, as was the scrambled eggs with ciabatta - it opens at 6.30 am for breakfast which is great for early risers. The staff were all helpful and very pleasant. The TV doesn't have a lot of options but overall, everything was very good and value for money."
