The bed — oh, the bed! — felt like floating on a cloud, making restful sleep effortless and dreamy. We have absolutely no complaints… except that we had to leave. "Staff was so helpful and courteous. Very welcoming and had us in our room within no time. The meal was superb. The abeef Cheeks was so tender and scrumptious. Our bed was so comfortable and very warm. Our only gripes and downfall if any was the room for diabled persons is quite a fair way from the lifts and it was so cold in the corridors and bedroom. It took a long time for the heat pump to warm the room. We left it on high all night and it wasn't as warm as we wouldve liked it. Thank you for our stay 🌻"

"Can't wait to come back here, apart from the gorgeous view and funky bathroom we arrived late and hungry and could order pizza 24 hours! Gluten free and vegetarian, it was delicious. Walked into town every day (and night) and bus pick up for our Milford sound day was right outside.... amazing place."

"Stayed in Queenstown for a few days. What a great view from the deck staring out over lake Wakatipu and the mountains. Very cottage type feel and the pool table was a bonus. Even had a stovetop espresso machine which makes everything good in the mornings. Very nice feel to the neighborhood."
