Picked Raffles based on its reputation, reviews and price, we were not disappointed. The hotel is fantastic,architecture is impressive, very clean and has excellent facilities. The most amazing part of the hotel though is its staff. They made our stay very relaxed, almost like home.

I just want to say this isn’t far the best hotel I’ve stayed in Dubai. Our flight landed early morning and we got to hotel at 9:30am only to be told we couldn’t check in till 3pm (thanks for not telling us Expedia when I bought my tickets). Upon check-in I had a banging headache from the flight and my 6 month old needed feeding. My wife breast feeds her so we were stuck without a room and absolutely shattered from our journey. The location is amazing, easily accessible by metro to rest of Dubai. The staff from the doormen to the waiters to the chef exceptional team!! Would highly recommend and would definitely return!!

Very close to the metro, malls, restaurants, not far from the beaches, burj khalifa and burj al Arab. The rooms are very clean and hotel has onsite parking. The staff are always cheerful, help and make the experience even better

Situated in a good location with shops nearby the Burj khalifa and Dubai mall only down the road. The metro is right outside the hotel and east to use. The staff are so friendly and polite and the condition of the hotel is exceptional. I can’t think of any downside to this hotel!

Fantastic hotel! Can not fault anything.... breakfast was the best we’ve ever had & top end restaurants. We ate in OKKU, a Japanese restaurant which we thoroughly enjoyed. 5 minutes Walk to the metro stop at the World Trade Centre or used Uber. Would highly recommend this hotel & will definitely be going back. Loved Dubai❤️

The hotel was fabulous in terms of everything really, it was centrally and conveniently located, next to a metro station as well as buses After finding a short cut it was less then a five minute walk to the Mall of Emirates where the food court was open till 1am with a variety of choices We did our excursions on the hop on hop off buses located in Mall of Emirates Staff where amazing, always on hand day and night to make the stay as easy and enjoyable as possible
