This is a truly charming and welcoming place. We arrived in the very early hours, almost at dawn, having flown in to Gatwick on a slightly delayed flight. Booked in advance and having contacted the owner they arranged everything perfectly for us, including adding an extra bed which was made up in advance and looked very cosy. We spent four nights at the Royal Wells Hotel at the end of a 10 day holiday in Kent.
The hotel was perfect, excellent service from every staff member we met, delicious food with the best breakfast choice of any hotel we've stayed in. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. We would definitely recommend the hotel and would stay here again if we visit the area in the future.

Great place to stay. We were going to a concert In Brighton and this was an ideal place to stay. Staff were helpful about local area, amenities and getting to and from Brighton. Room is simple but perfect for what we needed. Breakfast the next morning was absolutely delicious. Plenty of choice, happy to accommodate special dietary requirements. Highly recommend.
