"Excellent experience! Clean rooms, great service, and an amazing breakfast. The housekeeping team did a wonderful job and frequently left us free fresh fruit. All of the staff members were very nice and helpful. The breakfast buffet was awesome, featuring hundreds of freshly cooked options from local Shanghainese specialties to Western favorites. The air conditioning also worked perfectly and was very quiet at night. Will definitely stay here again!"

"The hotel is in super convenient location which is either to Yu Garden or bund . Staffs are very nice and helpful. The room is spacious and clean. Free first round of minibar is enjoyable and free three photos for the cheongsam photo experience is also pretty cool. foods for breakfast are variety . I had a wonderful time to stay in this hotel for five days. Will recommend to my friends."

Only about 100m from a metro station, walkable into city centre and the river, great breakfast selection, lovely spacious room and bathroom and excellent English speaking staff. Only problem is the construction going on next door which starts quite early. Ruins the serenity while having breakfast on the patio. But that is Shanghai really."
