But, DD will drop you street away if you choose the wrong dropoff. Staff is friendly and helpful, they will advice you where is the dropoff/pickup nearest to hotel. The lift is only serve from lv2 and above, so need to use stairs to the lift lobby. There were no maps of the area in reception, nor anything on day trips or excursions. My mother in law, which she is 76 years old, had to walk to the first level to get to the lift as the chair lift from lobby up to the first level was full of packages and with a number of suitcases around all the time.
