The lift is only serve from lv2 and above, so need to use stairs to the lift lobby. Just one thing we were disappointed about, the elevator doesn’t reach the first floor! My mother in law, which she is 76 years old, had to walk to the first level to get to the lift as the chair lift from lobby up to the first level was full of packages and with a number of suitcases around all the time.
